We are currently working on a State of California project concerning potential energy conservation and reliability improvement projects for the Department of Justice Headquarters Facility, which must have 100% uptime, year-round.  Systems being evaluated include complete conversion to variable flow pumping, an installation of a variable speed chiller, the installation of full storage TES systems, the conversion from electric steam to ultrasonic humidification.

In addition, we are evaluating the installation of an 800 kW cogeneration system provided by RealEnergy Incorporated, to reduce peak electrical demand, and increase Data Center uptime and reliability.

The goal is to reduce the energy consumption by 15% to 20%, while reducing the peak demand by 60% to 70%.
