The original intent of this project was to reduce the tenant complaints and replace failing equipment at this 350,000 square foot 24 story office tower located in San Diego, CA.  The secondary goal was to reduce operating expenses, and make the HVAC system easier to manipulate by the operating engineers.

The tenant complaints were reduced from an average of 19 calls per day to an average of 6 calls per week, a reduction of 94%.  This occurred in spite of the fact that the overall energy consumption of the facility was reduced by approximately 30% while the occupancy of the facility has increased by DW%.
