When we undertake a Mechanical or
Controls project, our primary goal is to meet the needs and expectations of the
client in solving the problem at hand.
Our second
goal is to conserve as much energy and reduce operating expenses to the greatest level
possible, while still conforming to our primary goal.
The third
goal is to train the operating staff on the new systems and operating strategies, so that
the savings are persistent. In many cases, we have the training sessions videotaped,
so that operating staff turnover does not materially affect the operations of the
facility, and operators can get refresher courses, as they see fit.
As can be
seen in our sample projects displayed elsewhere, we typically exceed both the owners
expectations, and our projected savings
