In our work with owners and Energy Service Companies (ESCo’s) we have been involved with Investment Grade Audits for tens of millions of square feet of facilities.

Since we are “hands-on” with our projects, we have the ability to determine which projects make the most sense to analyze in great detail, and which projects will probably not meet the financial criteria set forth by our clients.

We have performed Design-Build work on over 100,000,000 square feet of facilities as members of the project design team, and this work directly with contractors has taught us much about construction costs, and project constructability.  It has further enhanced our ability to determine cost effectiveness of potential retrofit projects.

If requested for large projects and detailed audits, we prepare preliminary design information and obtain construction bids and budgets from one or more selected design-build construction teams.
