Over the past 15 years, we have obtained literally millions of dollars in incentive funds for our clients to help offset the cost of installing energy efficiency retrofit projects.

We developed a strong working relationship with the California utilities, gaining their trust in our work and project success, and translating this historical success into new project successes.

In addition to our work directly for owners, we have worked with many utilities to promote and enhance their energy efficiency and TES programs.  The work has included promotional seminars and working with the Utility Tariff departments to develop rates which enhance the prospects for the installation of energy efficiency projects.

These utilities include: The Riverside Public Utility, Southern California Edison, Salt River Project, Phoenix AZ, Sacramento Municipal Utility District, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, El Paso Electric and Nevada Power, Pacific Gas and Electric, San Diego Gas and Electric, The Southern California Gas Company.
